Scope of Work
Management International is prepared to provide the environmental site surveys to prepare a detailed Phase I audit to the level of detail that would accomplish 'Due Diligence' for all interested parties, including city, state and federal regulators.
We would expect that a 'Least Burdensome' solution would offer minimal additional financial restraints on client relationships and position Management International for a successful long term relationship in the following areas of environmental control services:

Retainer - Getting Started
Typically we bill our labor and overhead at hourly rates of $27.50 to $150.00 based on a 10 hour manday, type of service performed and skill level required. Public Schools receive a 25% discount. Additional or non-customary services are charged on the basis of cost plus 15%. Clients are responsible for expenses incurred - travel, lodging, meals, materials, and ancillary services.
We would require a retainer of $3,750.00 to begin work.
Many of our clients would rather work on a ‘fixed fee' arrangement, and we are willing to accommodate them.
After reviewing your specific requirements, we would be prepared to quote a fixed fee of based on the information provided.
Our services will consist of knowledge, information, leadership, interviews, a survey, phase I audit, inspections, sampling, air monitoring and analysis (client pays the cost of State required fees, costs, tests, permits, required manhours and lab samples in excess of $ 1.00), assessment, management plans, project management, response actions and final report. Additional work would be billed on as-needed, if -needed basis.
