o Kenneth A. Bolton, Ph.D., P.E. - Managing Director
Mr. Bolton is an accomplished management consultant, professional manager, engineer and trainer. With over 45 years of experience in diverse industries, he has become extremely versatile in his ability to draw on skills and knowledge developed in the areas of professional management, manufacturing, marketing, computer systems, environmental engineering, cost control,and training.
He has held positions in industry of Vice President, Director, Manager, Project Leader, and Engineer. He is past president and director of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and has served as a construction arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association as well as chairman of the Ventnor City Construction Board of Appeals.
He attended Pennsylvania State University, the University of Pennsylvania, Temple, Rutgers, Georgia Tech, and Drexel and holds a M.B.A. in Management & Environmental Sciences and a Ph.D. with Distinction in Management and has authored books on "Work Simplification" and "Productivity Improvement".  He is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Engineer in environmental, robotics, management, EPA Practices / Procedures for Asbestos Control, AHERA approved Supervisor, Building Inspector & Management Planner, as well as, UST Competent Person, Project Designer & Designated Person.


o Sean P. Barnes, CEI, CEM, CEC - Operations Director
Mr. Barnes is an accomplished senior environmental planner with over 10 years of environmental management experience, with certifications in environmental science for AHERA, OSHA, HazMat and is a New Jersey Licensed Subsurface Evaluator and Licensed in Underground Storage Tank Closure and has completed over 2,000 Phase I and Phase II environmental site investigations / audits.
He has performed environmental audits for various lending institutions for commercial real estate transactions under the requirements for "innocent land owner defense" of CERCLA liability.
Mr. Barnes has inspected stormwater and sanitary sewer drainage systems to acquire all necessary permits for NJDEP Land Use Regulation Program, Green Acres, Solid and Hazardous Waste, Fish, Game and Wildlife, etc.
Mr. Barnes holds a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University.


o John T. Dupnock - Technical Director-Affilate
Mr. Dupnock is an accomplished professional environmental consultant with over 20 years of environmental chemistry, industrial hygiene & safety and environmental experience.
He has directed numerous environmental investigations in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Dupnock is EPA, OSHA-500, DOT, MSHA  Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Philadelphia certified in environmental areas that require laboratory and special technical skills. He is a Registered Environmental Assessor and AHERA Building Inspector. He is a certified trainer OSHA 500 Train-the-Trainer, confined space, construction safety & health, Right-To-Know, HMT-150 Hazardous Materials and Microscopic Identification of Asbestos.

Mr. Dupnock holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Johnson State College.


o Maryanne L. Bolton - Director Administration
Mrs. Bolton is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of fund raising and public relations management experience, primarily in the health care industry.
She has held senior level positions in managing public and private foundations, volunteer organizations and groups. She is past president of the Riddle Memorial Hospital Auxiliary & the Junior Women's Club of Delaware County.
Mrs. Bolton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wilkes College.


o David Gordon, P.E. - Project Engineering-Affilate
Mr. Gordon is an experienced engineer with a broad technical background in both construction project management and mechanical systems including HVAC, Hydro-Thermal, Electro-Mechanical and Pneumatic Systems.
He has held positions as a Production Engineer and has provided technical support to several construction projects.
He is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and is a registered professional engineer.
Mr. Gordon received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y. and is currently working on a M.S. in Mechanical / Environmental Engineering from Villanova University.


o James L. Peterson, P.G. - Affiliate
Mr. Peterson is an experienced professional geologist with a broad technical background in both hydrogeologic and project management as well as environmental quality assessment program development and implementation.
He has held positions as a president / principal geoscientist, project manager, senior geoscientist and staff geologist.
He is an active member of the Association of Engineering Geologists and has published and presented several professional papers.
Mr. Peterson received a B.S. in Geology from the Colorado State University and is Registered Professional Geologist licensed for subsurface investigations.


o Katharine A. Kaplan- Computer Applications
Mrs. Kaplan is an accomplished Desktop Publisher, Graphic
Designer, and is proficient in numerous computer programs. She has
had over 15 years experience in the design and publishing fields, and has produced numerous newsletters, brochures, business cards, letterheads and logos, for a variety of firms.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Philadelphia College of Art, and has taken graduate courses in Writing and Psychology. Mrs. Kaplan has also succesfully completed seminars in Aldus
Pagemaker, Windows & Microsoft Word for Windows. She is IBM & MAC trained, specializing in: Windows, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft
Works, Microsoft Designer, Corel Draw, as well as others.
Mrs. Kaplan has produced technical documents, sales brochures,
marketing flyers and assorted promotional materials, as well as mailing
lists and data bases for direct-mail programs. She has demonstrated
excellent project planning and development abilities, as well as organizational and managerial skills.
